"Psalms 74:17 Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter. "
Our God is a God of summer and winter... he has not promised us a smooth sailing life.. free of troubles and tribulations.. Yet, we cannot fully grasp the meaning to the 'winter' if there's no joy to the 'summer'.
Will I appreciate what I have now if I have not lost some things I hold dear? Will I take my life for granted that I will wake up to a fresh new tomorrow? Will I grumble at having no care from family members when I see people who are kin-less?
What then is our life lesson? What does God want me to learn? Can I stand firm in Him?
